Tot a punt per anar a la platja

Quina calor que fa aquests dies! Ve de gust anar a la platja, no? La veritat és que tot i tenir-la a 10 minuts a peu de casa, no hi he anat massa, però els dies que hi he anat n’he gaudit moltissim :)

Per anar-hi m’agrada portar les coses en cabàs de vímet de nanses llargues que em vaig comprar farà un parell d’anys. Tot i que n’he vist mil de “tunejats” a mi com més m’agraden és al natural, sense res. Però tenen el problema de ser molt oberts, amb lo que si portes les claus o el telèfon mòbil o algun moneder, és molt fàcil que se’t caiguin i perdre’ls per la sorra de la platja. Per això aquest any vaig decidir que em faria un necesser prou gran per a encabir les quatre coses que m’emporto. Vaig triar-me les teles i decidir el patró, i mireu com ha quedat!

These days it’s really warm here. Fancy going to the beach, right? The truth is that even that I live 10 minutes walking to the beach, I haven’t gone so much, but the days that I did I really enjoyed :)

To go there I bring my things in a basket with long leather handles that I bought a couple years ago. Although I have seen thousands of baskets customized I prefer the original and natural model. However there’s one problem: the basket it’s so open so it’s very easy to lose your keys, the cell phone or the wallet on the beach sand. So this year I decided that I would make a zipper pouch big enough to fit the four things that I'm taking. I chose the fabrics and decide the pattern and see how it looks!

Com podeu veure la tela és plastificada. La vaig comprar fa temps a Fabric.com. És de l’Amy Butler, de la col·lecció Love. Tinc varies teles d’aquesta dissenyadora, que fa uns estampats impressionants. L’últim dia que vaig anar a la platja amb unes amigues els hi va agradar tant el necesser que una me’n va demanar un d’igual, però amb un altre estampat. I és tant "monu"... :)

As you can see the fabric is laminated. I bought it some time ago at Fabric.com. It's from the Love collection designed by Amy Butler. She designs some awesome prints, and I have several of her fabrics. The last day that I went to the beach with some friends they liked the pouch so much that they asked me one, but with a different pattern. It’s so cute... :)

Ja veieu que la gràcia d’aquest necesser és la cinta amb el mosquetó, per a poder-la lligar a la nansa del cabàs i que no se’ns perdi. És tant pràctic! :D Apa, ara ja ho tenim tot a punt per anar a la platja. Som-hi?

As you can see the great point of these pouches is the metal hook that allows you to tie the pouch to the basket handle so then you won’t lose it. It’s so useful! :D So now everything is ready to go to the beach. Let’s go?
